In re GEORGE BALSOM.      DECEASED.

George Balsom of Hearts Ease Trinity Bay in the Electoral District of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland, fisherman hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and by this my last will and testament devise and bequeath all my fishing property of every kind and description and all my land together with the buildings thereon situated at George’s Cove Hearts Ease, Trinity Bay unto my brother Eliol Balsom, ala(?) if the horse we now have is in our possession when I die I give and bequeath my part of it to my brother Eliol Balsom, and appoint him my sole Executor of this will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty Nineth day of June 1918 A.D. GEORGE BALSOM.
Signed by the above named George Balsom in the joint presence of himself and us who at his request were present, when the above will was read over, and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament and have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Maurice Parrott     Wallace Piercey.
