Jonah Dodge

Jonah Mathias Dodge, son of William Henry and Sarah Elizabeth (Soper) Dodge, was born on 4 December 1925 in Little Heart’s Ease. He married Clarabel Marina King, daughter of Bartholomew and Adora (Cooper) King. She was born on 28 January 1935 in Little Heart’s Ease. Clarabel died on 7 December 1965 and Jonah died on 31 January 2010.

Their son Melvin recorded an interview with his father on 12 March 1988 at Little Heart’s Ease. Jonah talks about working in the lumber woods back in the 40s.
