This year, the Southwest Arm Historical Society has chosen to commemorate the Cadet’s Instructors Cadre’s service during a special 2026 Remembrance Day Ceremony.Are you one of the many young people who participated in the Cadet program operating out of the school at Little Heart’s Ease? Send us your name and the years that you were in the cadet program, so that you can be added to our list.

The planning committee will meet to get the ball rolling for a special service to be held at the Southwest Arm Lions Club in Hodge’s Cove, after our regular November 11, 2026, ceremony.
