In the Supreme Court.
In the matter of the petition of Edmund Seward, of Fox Harbor, Trinity Bay, Planter, praying that he be declared insolvent.
UPON reading the Petition, Schedule and Affidavit of the said Edmund Seward, and upon hearing Mr. Clapp, of Counsel for him, I do order that the said Edmund Seward and his creditors do attend before me, in Chambers, at the Court House, in St. John’s, on WEDNESDAY, the 12th clay of February, inst., at 11 o’clock, a.m., to be examined and heard touching the alleged insolvency, and to be further dealt with according to law.
Dated this 4th day of February, A.D., 1890. On motion of Mr. Clapp, of Counsel for petitioner.

NOTICE IS HEREBY Given that application will be made to the Honorable the Supreme Court, or one of the Honorable Judges thereof, on Tuesday, the 22nd inst. (or as soon after as the Court can attend to the same), for a certificate of Insolvency and Final Discharge, to be granted to Edmund Seward, of Fox Harbor, Trinity Bay, planter.

SUPREME COURT.

UPON reading the said Petition, Schedule and Affidavit of the said Edmund Seward, and the order made herein on the fourth day of February, instant, and upon hearing the examination of the said Edmund Seward, and Mr. Clapp, counsel for him; also, Mr. Johnson, for Edwin J. Duder, opposing creditor, I do order that the said Edmund Seward be and he is hereby declared insolvent, and that Edwin J. Duder, merchant be, and he is hereby appointed, Trustee of the estate and effects of said Edmund Seward.
The 15th day of February, A.D., 1890.
