From time to time stories reach us which manifest the great vitality of Newfoundlanders in different parts of the country. The latest is that of Richard Seaward, of Southport, Trinity Bay. Mr. Seaward though ninety-eight years of age, still prosecutes the fishery each year in his own boat and every Sunday walks two miles to attend church service. Last year was the first for many years he did not build a boat.
