Congratulations to Crystal Martin, designer of the new logo for the Southwest Arm Historical Society. Crystal says she “designed the logo with the location and subject in mind. The history of the Southwest Arm is steeped in the ocean, many residents of the past made their living on the sea. Exploring history is now in itself a part of history, for today it is no longer limited to books, and has now been expanded to the internet. So it is a mix of the old and modern, giving familiarity to everyone.”
