The Grand Jury was presented and were addressed by the Chief Justice on a bill of indictment against Albert George Benson for murder, ad were also addressed on a bill of indictment against Annie Squires for concealment of birth and for secretly disposing of the dead body of the said child, and in an indictment against Thomas Squires for aiding in the same. The Grand Jury retired at 11:30, but had not reported back up to 1 p.m.
