Dear Sir,

Re Loss Schn “Beatrice”

Will you kindly let us know how you stand with Goodridge &Sons Re balance owing by the Trinity M M Insu Co. (Note: Trinity Marine Mutual Insurance Copmany)on the loss of the above vessel? As you are aware of the fact- Allan Goodridge & Sons attached the amount owing him by you on our hands and we couldn’t pay it over to you or any other person unless you have settled with Goodridge in the meantime, and then the attachment could be payed after the costs were paid. In your letter of July 7th you advise us not to pay any money to Goodridge till we hear from you again, but as you have not written we would like to know what you intend to do in the matter.

Will you kindly give this matter your attention as we want to get this a/c filed up before the end of the year?

Yours truly F J Morris
