Page 51 – In Memoriam

In fond remembrance of our little daughter Susette Loder, aged 6 years, who was killed by a passing car on August 6, 1966.

It was a sad and fatal day.
A day we can’t forget,
That our little girl was snatched away
By the icy hand of death.

It only takes a little space
To write these few short lines
But the sorrow we endured that day
Will never leave our minds.

Lillian and Wilfred Loder of Hillview. Composed by Mrs. Ben Smith of Hillview.
